• Mendez recieved a payoff for trip and fall
• Kelly told me she tried to work with arbitrator about conditions for removal
• I sensed and knew that the Attorneys wouldn't consider or review additional terms other those relevant to the case at hand
• Went to Dipilla's with family minus Jackie
