•  Spoke with Mauro
• He was not available and was at daughters house in Arizona
• Called Dave Cruz in the Morning
• We spoke about the verdict and I was hoping him and his Dad were available to meet but his Dad was out of town.  I told his son that he would be removed as Manager as a formality and we would figure our other options for him.
• I told him we lost the case and that his Dad had to get over fighting with Jose Mendez
• I also told David that he had a confrontation with Manuel Gallegos on the May1, 2025
• David was aware that his Dad really wanted the $150.00 I was giving him each month to oversee the building
• Spoke with Marco Rojas about fumigation of Mendez room at Ave 20
• Will follow-up when I get back from vacation
• Went Johnny's Shrimp Boat
• Picked up Allan
• Picked up sales from safe
• Installed chain on freezer to hold door open
• Went to Ave 20
• Allan reordered posting and took pictures of posting
• Posted notice on Mendez door that Mauro was being replaced by Jorge Flores of Unit 10
• Spoke with Marcos (#4), Manuel (# 21), Juan (#20) about future rent
• Left envelopes for #9, #16, #31 
• Stopped to get change from Beneficial Bank for Shrimp Boat
• Allan made order for Costco
• Met someone to dump dirt in riverbed
• Came home and ate
• Went to warehouse with Hazel
• Mark brought more bottles
• Picked up items from Karin in Pico Rivera with Hazel
• Medical hospital bed
