• Witness for Mendez was a paralegal who took pictures of restroom

• Mendez was put on stand who talked about cleanliness and injuries from fight with Mauro Cruz
• Ended day with cross examination
• Stopped at Kamil's for oil change on truck
• Went to Druid to lock doors and see painting Jorge did on touchup areas
• Went to Shrimp Boat and picked up sales
• Stopped with Eden at store
• Put combo box on gate with key for gate
• Stopped at Home Depot
• Bought thinner
• Lag bolts for storage door on Whittier
• Rock salt
