• Stopped and bought trash bags for Ave 20
• Stopped at Whittier
• Picked up rent from 2827
• Looked Eden's wall at 2821 Whittier & called Beto
• Stopped at Shrimp Boat for sales
• Sprayed weeds on property
• Stopped at Mathews for rent
• Entered store and saw water leak from above
• Went to Ave 20
• Picked up rent from Juan
• Took vacuums to storage upstairs
• Sprayed weeds around perimeter of building
• Paid Mauro for February & March 
• Took Hazel's Accord for smog check
• Worked on payroll
• Wrote bills
