• Went to breakfast
• Went to home Depot to buy tools
• Stopped at car wash 
• Conference call with Bob and Jess
• Called to inform them that I had received both of there letters
• Informed them that I would move forward now that I knew we were all in agreement
• Bob was irritated and hung-up on conference call
