• Went to Ave 20 and repaired broken door on heater room
• Took extra paint for Jorge to have available
• Stopped at Mathews to patch roofing that pealed with wind
• Stopped at Whittier to put rental increase for #6
• Dropped off items at Camulos house
• Took DRE complaint to post office
• Came home and ate Rascals
• Received letter from Mr. Lim that he couldn't afford rental increases
