• Rain finally stopped after raining for a week
• Went to Ave 20
• Went to Astro Pluumbing then Home Depot
• Changed thermocouple on heater
• Patched roof with Henry's at Drain
• Delivered gift cards to tenants at Av20 and Mathews
• Looked at basement issue at Mathews, water was backing up from sewer line
• Stopped at Dad's
