• Spoke with Carlos about roof repair on Mathews.
• Spoke with Lilian to see if carpet had been installed in #20 and it had.
• Spoke with Jose Franco about washers for Mathews and when they could be delivered and installed.
• Spoke with Al Cabrera about possible refinance for any my properties.
• Raquel's 1st time on big roller coasters at Knott's--no fear.
• Called Jose Meneses and he said I could deposit rent.
